  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order or confirm the correct price with you.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

  1. SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Most orders arrive within about 2 to 3 weeks of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during campaigns, holidays and busy periods, or because of production capacity, fabric availability, courier or customs delays. We will let you know if your order is significantly delayed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Delivery terms depend on the destination country.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, including sale items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Pieces made to your personal measurements cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  1. PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Customers should carefully review and approve product customization options. We do not accept responsibility for dissatisfaction or incompatibilities resulting from approved customizations. Customers should carefully read product descriptions, size information, and other details before placing an order. We are not responsible for incompatibilities resulting from incorrect choices.

  1. PRODUCT QUALITY AND WARRANTY

We guarantee that our products meet high quality standards. We offer a limited warranty against material and workmanship defects for 30 days from the delivery date. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.

Depending on the destination, local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
