Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Maelle Paris. If your order is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. 14-day returns

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, including Private Sale items, can be returned on the same terms.

2. How to start a return

  1. Email support@maelle-paris.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of your request, using a tracked shipping service. Please keep your tracking number.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take a few extra business days to show the refund.
  • If you return part of an order that received a Private Sale tier discount, the refund is the amount you actually paid for the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only if you return the whole order.

4. Exchanges

Prefer a different size or piece? Tell us when you request your return and we will arrange an exchange instead, subject to availability.

5. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a tracked service.

6. Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Items that cannot be returned

  • Pieces made to your personal measurements or with custom changes you requested.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, or returned without their tags.
  • Gift cards.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
